I forgot the user password to my windows vista account, and its an adminstrator account...what do i do?

what you want to do is turn off your computer, then when you turn it back on start hitting the f8 key when your computer begins to load up, then a black screen will show up showing you three optins(if i remember correctly)  and you want to click enter on SAFE MODE then it will let you in any account and you will be able to change the passwords
