I did my taxes thru turbo tax and i did not fill out the signature form they ask for but i did get my stimulis check and i got it on time :) hope this helps

NO....THEY WILL PROBABLY SEND WHAT YOU MAILED TO THEN, BACK...SORRY, BUT THAT'S THEY WAY IT WORKS....AFTER YOU DO SEND O, THEY WILL PROCESS YOUR REBATE CHECK......

IRS will send you LTR 0012C requesting your signature, without your signature your return is not processed until your signature is received.  Which in turn should delay you receiving your stimulus payment.

You will get your rebate check but you will be penalized the following year and not be allowed to file electronically. You will have to file the old fashion way.(paper)
