I formatt my mp3wma, sharper image, I can't use...

dont't play anything, only show the wellcome and the menu, but don't access to any sub menu...i suppose delete the dll files (drivers) so i need it. Please!!!Can somebody help me, give me the drivers request by my mp3wma...many thanks...dgarcia@ncilp.com
