can I exhange them in any bank when I go to turkey??

Congratulations - you've got 45 new lira (YTL), or £19.80 at the current exchange rate. Old lira notes can be exchanged at the offices of the Turkish Central Bank (TC Merkez Bankasi), or in their absence, at TC Ziraat Bankasi, until the end of 2016.
