I found a baby bird and it has a broken wing and foot what shall i do?

You're not going to like this...      Break its neck.  This bird is going to die a slow death if you dont breakits neck.  You can not provide the care it needs.

Do you still have the bird?  If you do please read my profile and follow the link to starlingtalk about how to treat fractures. Also they have a message forum you can join.  Finding a wildlife rehabber to treat baby birds is always the best option.

keep it in a warm place for now and call the animal shelter or wildlife division as soon as you can. Baby birds, especially wild birds, are very hard to keep alive. Don't let it near your other pets or children because sometimes they have parasites and you'll want to wash you hands good after you touch it. Good luck.
