  1. It depends, I think it will live if you keep it warm. So keep it by a heater or in a towl or by a hot light. I hope it lives.

  2. That is so sweet, but it will probably not live :( sorry

  3. Okay....most cases that egg is a lost cause. Falling from a nest and or being unatended for even a short amount of time is usually fatal to a developing bird. Keeping it under towls unfortunatly wont help. It needs to be under the mother bird or in an incubator. So even if the bird is alive its not gonna help. Best thing to do is if you can find the nest that it came from put it back. Other wise just leave it where you found it. By now its surely not alive anyways. So sorry but eggs are very fragile and the slightest trauma can cause it to not hatch.

  4. No. You should've left it out there. The mother would have come back.

  5. how do you even know if there is an animal inside? someone may have just put it there to play a prank on you.

ps. my mouse mouse isn't working. u know how difficult it is navigating through stuff

  6. time will tell, good luck,

  7. No it will not. Birds lay eggs in groups before they begin to set on them. Ducks and chickens lay about 10-13, birds about 4. Yours may not even be fertile.

Put it back where you found it. Don't worry about your scent on it, birds have a very poor sense of smell and do not care if you touch their eggs or not. As long as you don' touch them while the bird is on them! LOL!

  8. what the heck is a "baby egg"?

    anyway.

no, only the mother knows the exact temp you have to keep it and what not.

in a few weeks, if i doesn't hatch...

you should crack it open and look at it...

    it's really cool looking.

it looks NOTHING like a regular egg.

I had an egg that didn't hatch[from my parakeets]

and after about 2 months i finally cracked it, and it is really odd looking.

    just a tip though.

but NO it is probably not going to survive...

    sorry.

    good luck!

  9. The best thing you can do for the egg is take it to a local animal and bird hospital. They have all the right equipment and can properly care for whatever animal may be inhabiting it.

Other wise, I do know that certain pet suppliers carry the proper heating equipment, and you can usually buy things like that used.

However, without appropriating the right amount of heat, it is unlikely that the animal will survive.
