I found a baby turtle in my pool and it has a long nose what do i feed it?

You found a soft shell turtle. Take it to a lake instead if keep it because you don't know if it could be infected with internal or external parasites.

if this "pool" contains any chemicals then remove him immediantly.  it will kill it.  turtles eat crickets and mealworms.  all turtle must eat in the water.

u should put him back in the wild bc they might not eat....but u can feed him pellets there good for turtles, i couldnt tell what kinda turtle it is unless theres a pic

these are not easy to keep, consider turning it loose

as far as food goes, try earthworms and small fish

If you are in North America or Asia and the shell is flat and leathery, you have a softshell. They do very poorly in captivity. Release it near a body of water.
