  1. Don't do anything, the mother just may be off collecting food for them. If you touch the nest or baby birds or anything very close, the mother will abandon her babies.  I would just keep an eye on it and if you don't see ANY sign of food being dropped off or any birds going around it for a day or so, I would take some tweezers and grab some worms and very carefully dangle the worms over their heads making sure not to touch anything

  2. Don't do anything.  At all.  I implore you to LEAVE THEM ALONE.

The mother isn't there because you are there.  She probably vacated the area since a predator (you) was coming.  Please leave ASAP.  The mother may also be collecting food for the young.  The young do not need to be supervised 24/7.

Please leave them alone.  If you don't, you may do more harm than good.

  3. EAT THEM!!!!!

or better yet send them to me and I'll eat them

don't let them go to waste!!!!

if u need my address please email me!

  4. NOTHING!

  5. You found two or three baby birds in a birds nest that appears to have no mother bird?  You should not do anything unless they are in ill health or have broken wings, etc.  In that case, call a wildlife rehabilitation center that can provide the proper care for these animals.

  6. Give it time....she may be back...

  7. Well the reason there wasn't a mother is because it had human scent on it. Sorry to state the obvious but you should take it to a veternarian, or someone who can do something for the birds, instead of possibly killing them, *NO OFFENCE*. Its just some people think their doing the right thing but really it turns out that it may not be the best thing.

  8. Leave them alone..I am sure the mother is caring for them..they would not be alive otherwise.  If you are too close to the nest you are keeping the parents from coming.  You can watch from afar from a hidden area and watch CONTINUALLY for the parents visits.  They can be quick and infrequent so don't look away for too long or you may miss them.  Birds rarely abandon their babies.
