I found a black beetle like in my rec room?

Question

its quite large, its shiny and im owndering if its a cockroach or a ground beetle or even if there is such a thing as a sewer beetle? i trapped it in a cup and am going to take it to a pest control place find out what it is , but in mean time im wondering since its the 4thone i found, our homeis 5 yrs old and lots of moisture in rec room,

i would call a pest control and get your house like sprayed or something . .but im pretty sure its a water beetle . . but in the mean time.. . .. . .. . .. .

its a water bug... they very much so like water and cool places..
