I found a bug that is strange

Question

what kind of bug is this?

it looks kind of like a weta bug except its not, its front legs are short and have little claw like feet.

Maybe it's a mormon cricket? Their front legs are kind of short. I would say mole cricket, even, but they don't look much like wetas.
