I found a couple cocoon looking things on my house?

i broke them open to see what they were and it looked like growing spiders. what kind of spiders live in a nest like that?

Well I am no spider expert but I am pretty sure that is the way all spiders hatch their babies.  They usually leave it near a food source.  A dead bug wrapped up for food along with the babies.  They can have hundreds of spiders in one of those cocoons.  Vacuum up all that you can find and clean the webs off the ceiling if you see any.  Then empty your vacuum out so they don't hatch out in there. AAAHH THROW THEM OUTSIDE,.................maybe they're moths?
