  1. Poor little 'un.

It should be fine, you goof! ;]

  2. u should remove the rat & drain ur pool  then clean it real good & put water in it again & u should be fine.

  3. get a net and scoop it out, then go and bury it somewhere. i very much doubt you will catch a disease

  4. how long had the rat been there? if it had only been there over night (or for a small amount of time) then its unlikely you will catch a disease from it, however if it had been there a couple days/weeks then the chances are going to be higher as the rat would have started to rot etc

also if you put chlorine in your pool regularly then this should kill off any germs/ bacteria that are in there

obviously remove the rat if you havent already

  5. Check your phone book and call up some pool company or a store that sells chlorine..ask them if its safe to swim in the pool.

  6. assuming you have chlorine in the pool i would say it is fine. the level of chlorine you should put in your pool should kill germs big time.

  7. If you have removed the rat and shocked the pool then you will be fine. Chlorine is a very effective disinfectant.

  8. Take the rat out of the pool if you never did.  Do you have chlorine in your pool?  If you do, it should kill the germs and bacteria.  And how long has the rat been in your pool?  If it was just in there for a short period of time, like a day or less, you should not have to worry about anything.  If it has been there for like five days or more, then the chances of catching something are higher because the rat might have started to rot.  I hope this helps.
