I found a dolhpin?

me and my mate pedro was walking down the beach in mexico

and we found a dolphin (dead) so we went to work with it and cut some dolphin steaks, and took it home anyone got anay cooking suggestions?

Don't eat it!  You don't know why it died!  Therefore, it could potentially be poisonous or infected.

Look up some Shark recipies.  They probably cook the same way.  Don't overcook it though, the meat will probably be tough & gross.

Add some lemon & fresh dill

Serve with fine wine & some asparagus &   whaaa laaa

Why was it lying there would be the 1st thing on my mind . If there was not any visible injuries it had to die from something . I would not only not eat it , I would not have touched it . That's really pushing your luck . If I found a dead cow in the middle of the woods + it did not stink or have any visible cause of death I would not eat it , would you ?

Dolphins, sharks, dogs, cats, and any baby animals is just a big NO NO in the meat arena. Poor dolphin, you have no idea how it died. It could have died from some sort of poisoning because of us worthless humans. Don't eat it. It's not moral, or safe.
