  1. yes the post office or dmv will mail it back to the owner.

  2. police station

  3. I would take it to the police station.

  4. Yes.  The post office will return it and even place it in an envelope.

  5. My purse was stolen when I left it in a gas station restroom. A month or so later I received my driver's license in the mail. Apparently someone had just dropped it in the mailbox. Thanks, whoever you were! I'm sure giving it to the local police department would produce the same results but I always wondered if the thief just had a small streak of conscience!

  6. i would take it to the local DMV station. Or if there is an address on it (doubted there is) and its not far, just return to the owner, but i say to the DMV is best, you dont want the owner to falsely accuse you for stealing the license.

  7. Yes, I will mail it to the post office, because someone might had drop it on there way somewhere important. They had drop it,because they had to much stuff in there hands and dropped the letter. If you did that you was helping the city, too! You might had did something that was very important for that person to do. Like a family reunion, cookout, job,or anything that important.Whenever you do something good for someone you will might get some kind of reward back.

  8. ye post it back. even if you've to pay the postage surely its only a few pence. 32p in the uk.

you may make some-ones day for just a few pence.
