  1. ewwwwwwwwww.....im not sure, probably, can you prove that they put it there??

  2. no you cannot sue - what would you sue for??  you were not injured by the fly - you did not eat the fly - take it up with McDonald's and I'm sure they will give you a free meal

  3. Fried insects are considered a delicacy in many parts of the world.  So no, you can't sue and yes, you should grow a pair.

  4. you sure can!

  5. that's not a good idea,

Just throw them away and go to Burger King Next time,

    DURRRR

  6. Why would you sue? You should have just showed the people at the counter and gotten your money back. If there was a finger or something in there then yeah, Id file something but you people who sue for nothing are rediculous.

  7. um......yea......no get a life and buy some more fries with no flies or go somewhere else. stop tryin to get rich by mcdoanlds thats wats jobs r 4. its not like u were harmed or anythg. jeez. drama queen.

  8. Don't bother.Throw the fry away and move on.I am sick of people trying to sue these companies because of little things like this.I understand if you were like the one lady who found a chicken head in her McNuggets (which by the way was hilarious!),or if there was a body part in your hamburger. But if there's a fly in it,either take it back and request for a new batch of fries or you money back,or just throw away the fry and get on with it,your first thought shouldn't be how can I shake down McDonald's because of this,it should be how can both sides make this right for all parties involved!Going to court over it is not the way to handle it!

  9. Accidents happen. if you took the fries back they would have replaced them. if you didn't how much did you pay for the fries? $1.40?

  10. did they charge you for it?

  11. there was this one lady who sued mcdonalds because she set her hot coffee in her lap and she sued because she said she didnt know the "the just brewed coffee" was hot. now mcdonalds has to put very hot the there cups. so i guess you can sue

  12. Yeah, a fly in your fries is VERY nasty and unsanitary but....I think, speaking honestly and frankly, you'll look stupid trying to sue because of a fly in your food. What I think you should do is just report it to the appropriate Micky D's personnel and move on.

  13. Dont sue, thats stupid!!

  14. well im certainly not suprised, my uncle was once sent to fix two of their machines, and belive me they were cockroaches everywer, i was with him helping him  out and i ran it the moment i saw them coming out of the cooking machines he was fixing and had opened. i used to love their food but know i almost feel like puking when i look at their food.

maybe u can sue them hopefully u will :)

  15. Can you prove they put it there? Maybe it fell out of your hair.

  16. you surely can..

  17. Probably only if you eat the fly and get sick. Then some kind of way you will have to prove that it was a fly that you ate. If you let McDonalds know, they will probably replace your fries. I wouldn't eat there again though.

  18. i dont think you can sue them but you should have brought it up to the counter asked for your money back or another order of fries...people find things in fast food places all the time...i found hair in my  fries .

  19. They must gracefully apologize, offer you anything on the menu for free, and completely refund whatever you bought without any questions.

  20. That may sound nasty but i would'nt  sue . Even though it is legal the bible says not to. you can do what you want to but i am sticking to the the word  of God. this world is sue happy.

  21. Of course, you can. If you didn't ask to have a fly in your french fries, then you can sue.

  22. Well you can only get your money back. or you can get some more French Fries.

  23. Technically I think you can sue, but I doubt you'd win the case, sorry to say. My sister once found a long hair in a not-opened fruit cup (it was transparent), and we called the company. What they do is send you coupons for all this free stuff, so i'd call the McDonalds corporation and file your complaint. Since they want to avoid a lawsuit, you'd benefit greatly. HOPE THIS HELPS! :)
