I found a green caterpillar with a black stripe on its neck and yellow dots under the stripe, what is it?

At work i found a neon green/yellow caterpillar. It was approx 2 inches long, i cant remember specifically. Right below the head there was a thick black stripe.. and then directly underneath the black stripe there was some yellow dots in a line, when i touched its but or squeezed its back on the head two bright yellow antennas came out, about a cm long or maybe a tad longer. I had gloves on because i wasn't sure if it was poisonous or not. What is it??

a himalayan greenbird which turns into a monarch butterfly it is poisonous very poisonous.better let it go
