I found a hair in my food today?

It was so gross...one time at ruby tuesdays there was a rat in the salad bar. What is something gross you found in your food. what did they give u? The lady was like I wont make you pay for ur food...ur darn right I only took one bite

One time, my best friend and I went to a Vietnamese restaurant. He found a half body of a bug in his noodle soup. They simply changed another bowl for him and still charged us full price.

I showed it to the manager at the grocery store and we had a good laugh about it...

I didn't experience it, but my mom, sister, and a friend went out to a local pizza joint and in a single meal... they found the wing of a fly sticking out of their cheese sticks, a hair in a mushroom on their pizza, and when they got their dessert pizza it was completely raw. However Not too long ago I order a taco salad to go from one of the local mexican restaurants. I got home and started eating it. About a fourth of the way through, I found a fly lying smack dab in the middle of the ground beef. Last time I ate a taco salad. Now I prefer to eat food that is spread on a plate where I can see what I am eating.

I too have found hair in my food at restaurants. Don't make a big scene, but politely show it to the waitress or even the manager. Ask that you be served something else, or just leave. You should not have to pay for a meal that is served to you with a foreign object in it.  You can always contact the public health dept and make a complaint.

Once I found a staple in my pizza, but we were kinda buzzed and hungry so we just picked it out and ate the rest! lol..

While eating at a chain restaurant  ,   our food came there were rat or mice dropping in the cracker and bread basket....

I summon manager and he apoligized but said they had a problem with vermin but that it had been resolved.  I explain not solved as there are droppings in basket...he said they may have missed some baskets when they cleaned.  I thanked him for time and got up and we all left. When we were on way out he actually ask why are you leaving, I apoligized....I explain that I did not like answer and apology and that I would not be back..Corporate has since closed that location due to health inspection violations and staff issue.
