  1. go to a local petstore and buy it crickets if its a small lizerd buy it small crickets if a big lizerd big crickets yes the come in sizes at least here they do lol

  2. Crikets, small bugs.

  3. please leave the wildlife alone.  you are going to kill it if you keep it.

  4. hopefully you left the lizard and eggs where they were...what to feed it would depend on what kind of lizard it is...

  5. for one you shouldn't have done that really you probably just signed it and it's baby's death warrants but since you did first try to find out what find of lizard it is by googleing lizards and then look around till you find one that looks like it and then you can google about them and read and read and read... and then try youtubeing that kind of lizard and talk to people that have that kind of lizards too... as for feeding it i would suggest gut loaded crickets you can get them at almost any pet store here's the trick you have to get "Fluker's High Calcium Cricket Feed" to feed to your crickets cause there isn't much nutrients in crickets and lizards need calcium and other stuff females definitely need calcium  other wise their bones will get weak and they will get sick and die..... to set up a tank you will need a heating pad put it on low get one for humans they last longer and heat more evenly and put it under the tank so that it heats from under neith the eggs idk about if you flipped them upside down you may have killed them not sure once the babies are born take them away from the mom cause she will eat the babies i think it takes like 40 days for eggs to hatch "for anole lizards" i'm guessing that it what you found maybe  ohh Get a heat lamp a 60watt should work great get some plastic greenary in there for them to hide in go to youtube and look up how to set up a lizard tank try to find a video from exspertvillage they are really good and a water dish and a spray bottle to mist them if it is tropical lizard from like florida

  6. What you found is most likely a skink.

    They stay with their eggs.

Put them back where you got them is my first thought.

If not, you should do a search to see which species of skink it is and see what they eat.

I watched one under a stump here in our yard and happened to check on them the day they were hatching. It was AWESOME, but I never moved them from their nest.

now I see them all over the yard. Right where they should be.
