I found a pack of icing mixture in my cupboard. How do I make it?

I found icing in my cupboard but I don't know what you're supposed to mix with it...Does anyone know....It says "Icing KF6216S". Please help!! =D

I can't believe there are no instructions on the back.  Add milk a little at a time and see what happens.  Is it a brand name of mix?

This sounds like a packet that was in with a kit. Usually a small amount of milk or water is added to icing and glaze packets from kits. Yikes, how old is it?  Do you really want to use it? Good luck.
