I found a pan card on road.?

Question

The pan card only has the person's name and pan number. How to identify that person and to return the pan card?

PS: I am in Chennai, India.

Put the required detail you will able to find the jursdiction of I T Office and after finding out the same you may return it to the concerned ITO

Its so good of you that you want to return the card. For this either go to the police station or the PAN card office. Register your complaint and handle them the card.
