I found a peacock feather?

but the end of it like the eye the cool part is cut off. it doesn't make sense.

I think the feather fell off then when someone saw it they cut the eye thingy off then threw it where you were.

It's all part of the male's elaborate "costume" to attract his ladies :)

If it was cut off, as in, you can see where scissors were used, well, then there's you answer. If you mean that you found a peacock feather and the eye was missing, well, then you just found one of the longest feathers. The longest ones have no eyes. Most peacock pictures are taken so close up that you don't see the ends of those feathers.

This is a white peacock, but if you look around the edges, you can see what I mean.
