I found a pic, i really want to use as a 360 background..but it says it`s too big. please ? how?

If the pic is too big, you can re-size it to the screen size using simple mspaint, if you are using windows. Open the pic using MSpaint select all of it (Ctrl + A), then after it gets select go to the bottom-right most point or someother point, where you can re-size it and then shrink it to the size you need. Also, there will be the pixel information shown in mspaint and also after you save the picture, you can use this to make the size appropriate. Also another option after you've selected the entire picture is to go to Image->stretch/skew and then select a percentage less than 100, ie., the size relative to the actual picture you want. This makes the picture to the size you want. If you give 50% it makes the picture half sized in that direction, horizontal or vertical. All this is to edit the picture. If in other OS, there might be some painting software, which you might be able to use in a similar way.
