it is a concept aircraft by boeing. its called an blended wing aircraft. designated X48 by boeing and NASA, but by most people, its just the "boeing's blended wing project"

supposed to be super efficient, easier to evacuate,  quieter due to the position of the engines which are on top of the aircraft, and can seat a lot of people.

problems include maneuvering at airports and passengers without window seats.

That photo has been fabricated. The aircraft in question is a concept design by Boeing/NASA to incorporate a blended wing. It holds a lot of people yet has amazing efficiency due to the lack of a conventional friction adding fuselage.

It's called the X-48B Boeing/NASA
