I found a pill and it's white with an oblong shape. It has A7C written twice on it for each half. What is it?

I found it at a laundry mat in Paris, France. I'm very curious what kind of pills people drop around here.

It's actually a cardiac medication for relaxing cardiovascular function in seizures and can be used in Epilepsy to relax vascular contraction from spasms in the muscles.
