I found a robin egg will it hatch?

It just fell out of a tiny tree. It fell like one inch. But I am to lazy to put it back. if I put it in a encubater do you think it will hatch. P.S. birdgirl plz answer.

It fell one inch? IF you did not keep it warm overnight then it is dead.

If you did keep it warm put it back in the nest! How hard can that be?

no, just get a rubber glove (or something that doesn't give human smell or else the mother never come back) and out it back to the nest

No, it won't hatch since it is not in its natural habitat, and a robin's egg is so delicate, it needs its mother as an incubator.
