I found a small yellow circular pill and was wondering what kind of pill it is. It has A L on one side.?

The pill has A L on one side and 10 on the other side. It looks like the number and letters were stamped in. It's a very small pill...smaller than Asprin. Can anybody help? My friend found it in her boyfriend's closet.
