I found a tree like bush thing and i was wondering what it is?

The leaves are green and some are HUGE and some are very tiny....i know not very helpful

it is kinda small

and it has these berries growing on it where they start green and tiny and then the vine and berries turn purple..

I forget what my dads friend said it was but what i do remember is that is was POISENOUS BERRIES so i wanna comfirm that...can anyone?

Could be pokeweed.  Some folks make salad out of the small leaves, but at some point they turn toxic.

Don't eat anything until you're sure what it is!

These pokeweeds (known as "poke salad" in the South) can cause a nasty skin rash.  

Leave them alone!
