I found an injured butterfly with its wings torn.

Question

He can barely fly. I have h im in the house because im scared the dog will attack it (Again) And eat it (Like most bugs she catches) Is there anyway Its wings will heal? What do they like? What do they drink? I heard they don't eat anything?

Chances are, you've found that butterfly at the end of her normal life span.  Most butterflies live only a relatively short time as an adult, during which time their only job in life is to mate and lay eggs.

After they've accomplished that, they die.  As sad as it may seem to not be able to "fix" this, it sounds as if this is nature's plan.

Feed them a sponge soaked in sugar water.

give them a few flowers they drinkthe necter and it is most likley the wings WILL grow back but he wont be able too fly as good elso give him a big space high off of the ground with lots of diffrent size flowers....

I'm sorry, but that butterfly isn't going to survive for too long. A butterfly's wings cannot grow back after being injured and they are absolutely necessary for it to survive. If you really want to try and save it, butterflies drink nectar from flowers (this provides both food and drink for them). They don't really need anything else, other than a little sunlight. I wouldn't get my hopes up though.
