  1. Before you open it, you should try to find out the dollar value of it. Maybe you could afford to buy several new bottles of Crown instead of just having the one!

  2. What's your address. I need to come over to quarantine it. It is very dangerous. Don't let anyone near it. Don't call Homeland Security. My company will be round, as quick as needed, to dispose of said problem.

    LOL

  3. Oh yes. However, contrary to a couple of answers here, it is not better due to its age in the bottle. The aging process that improves wine and spirits occurs in the cask and barrel, respectively. Once it is bottled, if it is sealed tightly, the liquid inside remains the same as the day it was bottled.

  4. Maybe, maybe not.  It depends on the conditions it was stored in, if the cork is intact, etc.  It's almost certain it won't hurt you to drink it, but it might not be very tasty.

  5. get stuck into it pitty !

and tell us how pissed ya got !

  6. No, you'd better not.  Why not send it to me immediately.

  7. lol dont listen to the guy above.

    you can drink it still.

  8. Sure its still excellent to drink, but your concern should be what would your folks do to you if you do drink it, there saving it for a reason, hands off buddy :)

  9. uhhh its no good without me. =]

  10. Yes, if it was sealed tightly AND if you are old enough.

  11. Bad news  :: distilled liquor, and this is one, NEVER get better once bottled.

Good news :: They don't get worse either!

Some red wines get better, and some beers too - when stored properly, but not your precious bottle of CR!

My advice? .  . Enjoy it!

    .

  12. Honestly if you dont know that whiskey gets better with age you'd be better off selling it to someone who would enjoy it.

  13. LOL, I was thinking the exact same thing. Some whiskey gets better as it ages so I would go ahead and give it a try, that is if you are of legal age right?

  14. Whiskey betters with age, as does Wine. If unopened that is..Chances are, your parents were saving it. I really wouldnt touch it until you ask them

  15. I don't know about a lot of alcoholic bevrages, but for what I know, alcohol gets better with age, so the older it is the better, so yes it should still be good to drink

  16. It would be better than a brand new bottle of crown.....way better. Like wine, whiskey gets better with age as well. If you don't trust my answer, you can send it to me to test it out, and i will let you know how it is.
