I found and killed this Spider in my house, but what kind was it?

I'm just now, 2 minutes ago killed this Spider in my bathroom with two of my cats hovering around me, it was big, bigger around in diameter than a human toe, it had long thick, what seemed to be a little furry legs, it was a light brown, with some dark puke green colors on its head, it was a dark color and a light color striped down it's legs; Can someone tell me what kind of spider this is and if it was poisonous, or at least a list of possible ones.

EDIT; I know it wasn't a Banana Spider

Maybe a wolf spider?  They bite like the devil, but aren't dangerous.
