You shouldn't say or do anything.  45-year-old women can still get pregnant, so precautions are still necessary.  It doesn't mean your dad is fooling around with someone else, if that's what you were worried about.  (On the other hand, if you were hoping for a little brother or sister, I'd count that out, too!)

It's kind of odd for older married couples to still use condoms. I would approach your dad about it if you're really that curious.
