I found half of a bug in my crunchwrap from taco bell...?

I think I may have eaten part of it and I've been very ill. I called taco bell and told them and they seemed really snotty... would I be able to sue over this???

I think you have a case. Did you save the food? You may need it. Or did you take picture/s? Did you see a Doctor and get it confirmed?

Power of suggestion.  Ate half a bug and got sick?  I'll bet if you ate the whole thing and didn't see it, you'd be fine. Did you know that bug parts and f***s are allowed, in small amounts, in almost everything we eat?

i would take it back and pitch a hissy fit.....seriously......they cant get away with this.   if you take it back and they wont make it right, then tell them you are going to call your attorney and report them to the better business bureau and the health dept.

Did you save the uneaten bug?

Do you have any witnesses to your meal?

Can you afford an attorney?

Did you get the name of the Taco Bell employee who was rude to you?

Was your illness diagnosed by a doctor and, if so, was it an illness that could have been contracted by eating the bug in question?

Those are some things to consider.  You can certainly file a lawsuit, but to win one you need good advice and counsel and plenty of preparation.  Not to mention time, since Taco Bell will stall.

Wow...that's really gross. I found a dead fly in my salad from Carl's Jr. once. And I simply didn't go back ever again.

yes you can sue,,,,,,,, if you still have part of the bug wrap it in something foil anything like that .... take it too a lawyer tell him your story you can sue ... they were snotty with you be snotty back fight fire with fire ....... good luck !
