I found it in my garage in a tool bin??/?

Question

I found a pink oblong pill with a cursive "V" on the back of it! does anyone know what kind of pill this is? it is really large! and its kind of chalky, it looks like a tum but only bigger and more oval and it has a V on it!

It is an old pill needing to be tossed in the garbage.Do not flush meds as it affects the water supply...
