I found some pills in my neice's room

Question

they're blue tablets with a circle around a z and something on the other side I can't tell what it is. It kind of looks like pictures of ecstasy I found online. what is it ?

i agree with kris.. take to the pharmacist they will tell u wat is it.. To me it also sounds zantac heartburn pill..

Take it to a pharmacist to see if it a prescription medication rather than X, however, other than having it analyzed by a lab, you may not know what it is for certain.  If it's not a prescription drug, ask the cops.  Or ask your niece.

i think some zantac pills for heartburn are blue.  chances are if it has a z on it it is not ecstasy.
