I'm sorry mushroom, I was a little rude on your last question. To be quite honest with you, I've never met a Latino (or Latina) in Vn. I've cooked my own chile, brought plenty of mescal over in my luggage and love to listen/dance to samba, etc at home. If you know of a Latin club in Saigon, I'd love to know of it.
