You could have placed it there yourself. Why did you have a camera handy? Looking for an easy way to get a good lawsuit? Sorry I don't think it will stand up in a court of law. They are cracking down on these lawsuits, because people want to find a quick way to get rich. If your statement is a true fact, you might have a case but don't think you'll collect one dime. You cannot prove that you didn't place it there yourself. Sorry. Send a picture to [e-mail]. You have me curious as to what was in it. I once got a twist tie in my glass of tea. Refused to pay for it and left without eating there, even though I had placed an order.
