I found this, what appears to be an arachnid and I have no idea what it is?

The picture is kinda small and not very clear, but I'm pretty sure it's a Solpugid, Order Sulfugidae, a predatory arachnid. Also known as sun spiders, wind scorpions, sun scorpions and camel spiders. It would be interesting to know where you found it. They are an arid species.

It looks like a type of solpugid- which means you are correct, it is an arachnid.
