I think that would be her parent's address if they didn't move. Try sending it and asking if they can give it to her.

Maybe use Google Earth to see if that address is even linked to a huge house?

I could so easily make a webpage or blog and post any sort of random mailing address. Nothing on the internet is real anymore.

Absolutely not  ... i can put an address on anything.  I would be worried about giving out any personal information.
