Ezek. 4:12 says, "Eat the food as you would a barley cake; bake it in the sight of the people, using human excrement as fuel."

2 Kings 18:27 (King James Version) 27But Rabshakeh said unto them, Hath my master sent me to thy master, and to thee, to speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men which sit on the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own p**s with you?

Num. 31:31-40 says, "Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the Lord commanded Moses. The plunder remaining from the spoils that the soldiers took was 675,000 sheep, 72,000 cattle, 61,000 donkeys and 32,000 women who had never slept with a man.... And the half, the portion of those who had gone out to war, was....16,000 people, of which the tribute for the Lord was 32."

This last verse is it saying that the Lord wants 32 virgins for himself?

the rest of the plunder of war goes to who?

  1. Concerning dung, human poo wasconsidered as ceremonially unclean & not to be used by the Jews. Ezekiel was using it as a warning as to what would happen if they went into captivity because of their unfaithfulness.

Rabshakeh was using it as an insult.

In Numbers, the Midianites had been judged and condemned by the Lord for their abominable practices. Israel had carried out God's judgement against them. The spoils of war that were brought back, including women & children, were given to the people and a portion to the Lord. These females probably became slaves to priests & people alike, but at least they were alowed to live.

One more thing, glad to see you're reading the Bible. Keep it up. Any questions can be explained.

  2. Wow,amazing what the Christians believe and think it is holy.

    Unbelievable!

  3. Ezek. 4:2 God, as a way to give a very theatrical message to the disobedient.

2 Kings: Officer of Assyrian army giving a bully type warning to scare God's people.

Num. 32 wives for the Levite priests

  4. The God of the Old testament is as nice as the God of the new testament, even though they are the same.

  5. BUSTED

You didn't "find this in the Bible" at all. DID YOU!

All you are doing is cutting and pasting questions from silly web sites.

Do you hate the Lord that much?

    He loves you.

Romans 5:8  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us

Edit: Hey 'Dot' or 'Me' Why do you keep on repeating the same silly question?

  6. Another attempt to distort the Bible from someone who is angry with God.

  7. In Ezekiel 4:12, God is declaring judgment on Israel.

In II Kings 18:27, Assyria is getting ready to attack Israel, but before Assyria attacks, the king sends a messenger to offer Israel a chance to surrender. This is where verse 27 comes in. Rabshakeh, an Assyrian messenger, is saying that Assyria will not be mocked in a vulgar way.

In Numbers 31:31-40, That which was attributed to the Lord was given to the tribe of Levi. It was just saying how the spoils of war were attributed to Israel.
