It means that it did not detect your hard drive. It may have problems or the cables are loose.

BIOS that means your HD isnt working. cut the power and check the connections to the HD

BIOS is telling you your hard drive is not working.  Check the cable connections.

Your primary IDE hard disk (probably drive C:) has crashed/burned out/ died. It will need to be replaced.
