I found this plate at a thrift store and i believe it might be sterling silver and over 100 years old?

My mom and i were in the thrift store yestarday and found this thick plate

so thats the url to the picture of the plate as you can see its not perfect but its in good condition on the back of the plates it has these old U.S.A. stamp markings and a name i cant really make the name out, but is there some sort of archive of the people who lived there in 1885 in Jericho, Vermont

ive read about the history of the mills and it shut down so im not sure if its just a souvenir or something.

and one more thing do you think that is sterling silver?

It looks like pewter.  Sterling silver looks much different and it would be marked sterling on the back.  If it is heavier, than it is definitely pewter.  Look for a mark and search it on line.  (The mark).  It could be worth something.
