I found this thing and i dont know what it is. can someone help me?

its black and it looks kind of like a door k**b. its from radioshack. it has a suction cup. it has a plug kinda like a microphone plug or a headphone plug. i accedently pulled the suction cup of DX

Sounds like a telephone microphone that you attach to the back of the telephone handset to record all your calls.  If you put it up by the earpiece, you will hear both sides of the conversation.  Obviously, you plug the other end into the microphone input of your recorder.
