I found this tree and i dont know the name of it.?

it grows green thin skinny long leaves on it and it blooms out a purple 5 petal flower on it. and my rabbits love to eat the leaves off of this tree. i want to grow my own trees of this kind, but its hard when i dont know the name of it.
