I found to be what appeared to be two naked mole rat babies dead in my yard, In Illinois? Is it possible because i read online everywhere that they are not in the North America part of the world. I am also pretty sure these are naked mole rat babies.

They are not naked mole rats.  If they are pink and hairless, it's possible that they are baby mice, rats, or moles.  There's no way a naked mole rat ended up in your backyard unless you smuggled them out of Brookfield Zoo and put them there. :D

Naked mole rats are desert animals found Africa....

EDIT: If they are white and have a tiny bit of hair they can still be baby rodents...and are most likely are.  I wouldn't touch them though as you don't want to catch a parasite, bacteria, etc from them.

a lot of baby rodents are pink and hairless, they could be anything, really.
