does this help? it says its hydrocodone

  2. Apparently it is a vicoden

  3. That mark indicates narcotic Vicodin/hydrocodone. If you don't know what those are, they are very bad things to find in a 13 year old's pocket if he or she is not legally prescribed. They have a high rate of abuse and are increasingly popular among the adolescent set.

  4. The medical term for m360 is hydrocondone/ acetaminophen, which states that the pill is Vicodin. If your brother is perscribed for soreness or pain, then it is fine; but if it is not perscribed by a medical consultant, than it is a highly addictave pain killer that many people can overdose on. Vicodin is a very powerful medicine, especially depending on the patient's age. So, if you are not sure, you should tell your legal guardian.

  5. This is a drug called Hydrocodone.  It's commonly referred to as Vicodin.  It's an opium based pain killer commonly prescribed for toothaches, or sports injuries.  It's not as intense as Percocet or Morphine, but its along the same lines.

Typically, teenagers steal them from their parents medicine cabinets and sell the drugs at school.

Yes, you should be concerned.  It's closest street drug is cocaine.  That's the next step for your kid.

  6. As a Registered Nurse, I'm ethically and legally bound to tell you the truth; the pills you found on your brother's pocket are something serious; they're an opioid {narcotic} painkiller. The ingredients are Hydrocodone Bitartrate 7.5 mgs {an opioid, highly addictive substance} and Acetaminophen 750 mgs {the generic name for Tylenol}. Its brand names are Vicodin,  Lortab, Lorcet [the name depends on the manufacturer but the medication is the same] and it's used for relief of moderate to severe pain such as postoperative, cancer, kidney stone, and  fracture pain, among others. This medication is not sold without a prescription, but can be bought illegally on the street. And no, Jeff C, cocaine isn't the closest street drug to these pills; HEROIN IS. Please talk to your parents and explain the situation. Then confront the boy and get him into a counseling/rehab program. This is the best you can do for your brother; from a pill habit to a full-blown IV heroin addiction is just a little step. I can sure tell you this; I started getting prescriptions for Percocet {a narcotic painkiller very similar to the one you found} to treat kidney stone pain. About a year later I was a homeless IV heroin junkie who practiced prostitution to support my 20+ bags-a-day habit. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, much less a 13 y/o boy, even if he's a person I've never met.
