I froze some cheese in freezer ziplocs how would it affect the texture and flavor?

I received a gift of different kinds of imported hard cheeses and I don't want them to get moldy. I already divided them up and froze most of them. I wrapped them with cling wrap first before placing them in ziploc bagx. Even if it changes the quality at least they will not go to waste. I got a lot of cheese and I have a small family.

  1. They'll be fine;  I freeze the shredded cheese I get all the time since I have teenagers in the house.

  3. lololol sorry i cracked up when i read that. Why in the world are people giving you cheese??? Well ummmm I think as long as you keep them refrigerated they will okie.
