I submitted a discovery request with the writ and yet the State never sent me the information of where he worked. I know this was not a fluke that they did not respond because I did over 50 of them at one time and they did not respond to any of them.

How do I get the state to tell me where someone is working?

  1. You don't - they wouldn't be allowed to give you that info.

  2. In most cases the state will not provide that information.  They will withhold the refund but not provide information concerning the persons' employment.

  3. The state is not required to tell you where they work, and they wont.

They are only required to withhold the refund, and send it to you, if there is one.
