I get NUMBERS but no dates? what iam i doing wrong?help?

I really don't understand what i doing wrong. could it be cause i usually get their # pretty fast and don't take time to know them better. some i know are ignoring(not picking) hunch. it SUCKS. any tips fellas GIRLS please any help would be greatly appreaciated. by the way I have noticed iam not really patient soMAYBE that's it the problem. if not what?fellas help also.
