I get a blank white screen when I try to load My Yahoo. Help!!?

Question

Whenever I try to go to My Yahoo using Firefox, I get a blank white screen. Strangely, if I use IE it works fine. Also, if I use the other computer in the house and Firefox or IE, it works fine.

I have cleared my cache, deleted cookies, rebooted, and done all of the other "easy" things to try to fix.

Help!!

I'd suggest updating your Java and Flash player as outlined in the answer, especially since you've got other similar computers where it works fine. I'm not a Firefox user, but if works similarly to IE I'd suspect that a browser plug-in is corrupted or out of date.
