Question:

I get a blue screen error "0x0000007b" when I boot the computer.?

I use the cd to boot but there is no window on the compuetr found. what to do? should i reinstall window? how?

  1. Try booting in safe mode(tap F8 when booting your PC and select Start Windows in Safe Mode) and see if it works. If it does uninstall any software or hardware driver you recently installed. If safe mode doesn't work you will have to reistall Windows. To do that you have to set your computer to Boot from CD from the BIOS menu. I don't know what BIOS you have so I can't help you here. But if you manage to boot from the Windows CD the rest is pretty easy. Just follow the on-screen instructions.


  2. configure your cmos then set your boot priority to CD ROM then restart  (make sure that your CD is already inside the CD ROM) to install

    maybe your hardware has a problem. Try to remount them ^^

  3. u can try for system mechanic ,it not only cleans the registry, but it also use to keep the system with optimum performance,if it not works then u can try for various other registry cleaner which is available free in the web

  4. u have see that ur hardisk power plug is fitted correctly or not than re boot ur pc.
